Happy Sweet 16 Brooke!

Good evening from a very COLD Paris! The day started with a few flurries... yes flurries! Shhhhh! Most of us were not awake to see them thankfully! We had breakfast at the hotel and wished Brooke a happy sweet 16. What a lucky girl - celebrating her 16th birthday in Paris, France! We visited Pere Lachaise cemetery where Jim Morrison is buried. Than, we took the RER to Versailles and indulged ourselves with gold EVERYTHING until we met up with a former Eisenhower French exchange student named Corey. We all had crepes and visited and then we were off again, this time to Montmartre to see the beautiful Sacre Coeur basilica. The students had some free time on the hill to shop and eat dinner. From there, we descended the hill and took pictures in front of the Moulin Rouge. We ended our day in front of the Eiffel Tower, watching it glitter at 9pm. All and all a great, but chilly, day!
